How we protect your data
At Chrono.ai, security is not an afterthought — it's built into everything we do. We understand that you're trusting us with access to your most sensitive business communications, and we take that responsibility seriously.
All data transmitted to and from Chrono.ai is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Your authentication tokens are stored using industry-standard secure vaults.
We use Google's OAuth 2.0 for authentication, which means we never see or store your Google password. You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account settings.
Our infrastructure is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud platforms with SOC 2 Type II certification. We employ multiple layers of security including firewalls, intrusion detection, and regular security audits.
We retain only the minimum data necessary to provide our services. Email content is processed in real-time and not stored permanently. You can request complete data deletion at any time.

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Terms of Service between Chrono.ai (operated by ChronoAI.work) and you, governing the processing of personal data.
"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
"Processing" means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, and deletion.
We process Personal Data only for the purposes of providing the Chrono.ai service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell Personal Data or use it for purposes unrelated to the service.
We may engage sub-processors to assist in providing our services. All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations substantially similar to those in this DPA.
